Deutsche Höhere Privatschule Windhoek (DHPS)

The Deutsche Höhere Privatschule Windhoek (DHPS) is an integrated German-Namibian school with a dual graduation system, that is supported by the Republic of Germany. At the DHPS students can acquire the Namibian Senior Secondary Certificate (NSSC) and the Deutsche Internationale Abitur (DIAP). In the German profile, students can also complete a  secondary school qualification. The NSSC also offers its students of the English profile the opportunity to acquire the German language certificate (DSD I and DSD II).

Students are taught in a multi-cultural environment by teachers from various countries – including Germany and Namibia. Due to a variety of languages like German, English, French, Afrikaans, Oshivambo, Nama, Damara and Otjiherero, scholars have many opportunities to experience enriching cross-cultural encounters, starting from kindergarten up to 12^th grade. Besides a recognized high academic educational standard the DHPS also offers a wide variety of extramural activities.
